Sir Dave Brailsford

Prior to Sir Dave’s tenure in the sport of cycling – at the helm of both the Great Britain Cycling Team and Team Sky – Great Britain had won one Olympic Gold Medal in cycling, and the Tour de France had never been won by a British cyclist in its 100 year history. Sir Dave has presided over two of Britain’s most successful teams in history – and in his 18 year career has been responsible for 33 Olympic medals, 18 of them Gold and 3 Tour de France victories.
His talk will focus on his unique model for success, how to get excellence from human beings, how to build winning teams and how to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Sir Dave’s models and approach can be applied across all areas of life, including business, and he is currently advising the Government on how to integrate his marginal gains philosophy into the NHS.

Thomas Kurian

Thomas Kurian is president of Oracle Product Development and reports to Oracle executive chairman of the board and chief technology officer Larry Ellison. He is responsible for leading Oracle’s software development organization and transitioning the company’s technology to Oracle Cloud. For several years, Kurian has been responsible for Oracle Server technologies and the Oracle Fusion Middleware family of products. Under his leadership, the latter business became the fastest-growing within Oracle and the industry’s leading middleware product suite. Since 2008, Kurian has also led development for Oracle’s family of cloud offerings, including software-as-a-service applications, platform as a service, and infrastructure as a service. Kurian has been with Oracle since 1996, holding various product development positions. Prior to joining Oracle, he worked as a consultant in London, Brussels, and San Francisco with international management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, serving clients in the software, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Kurian has a BS in electrical engineering from Princeton University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also has an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Kurian serves as an advisory member on the boards of several international venture funds and software companies.

Shawn Price

Shawn Price is senior vice president of cloud for Oracle. Reporting directly to Oracle CEO Mark Hurd, Price has global responsibility for Oracle’s data as a service (DaaS), software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) businesses. Prior to joining Oracle, Price was president of global cloud at SAP, where he reported to the board of directors and was responsible for global P&L across on-premises and cloud applications. During his tenure at SAP, Business Insider named Price one of the 39 most influential people in cloud computing. As a 25-year veteran of Silicon Valley, Price led three companies to successful IPOs; the largest of these had a market capitalization of $10B. During this time he relied on his experience as an entrepreneur to become a successful venture capitalist and investor.Price is a charter member of the C100, a Silicon Valley nonprofit organization for Canadian entrepreneurs. He speaks at various industry events on monetization and growth strategies, end-to-end cloud transformation, mergers and acquisition strategies, and venture capital. Price holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario.

Hamish Taylor

Hamish Taylor is an award-winning former CEO of Procter and Gamble, Price Waterhouse, British Airways, Eurostar, and Sainsbury’s Bank and now an inspirational speaker/broadcaster. In the past 5 years alone, he has presented in over 40 countries and he is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading experts on “Innovation”, “Brand Management” and “how to put the customer at the centre of your business”. He is known as the “master thief”, based on his record of innovation by transferring ideas between sectors.

Rick Jewell

Rick Jewell is a Senior Vice President of Applications Development at Oracle Corporation. Rick has been with Oracle since 1989 and has overall responsibility for Supply Chain Applications for the company. In addition to Fusion SCM and other product areas, Rick’s responsibilities include the acquisitions Oracle has done in Supply Chain, specifically; G-Log transportation management, Demantra demand planning, Numetrix advanced planning and scheduling, and Agile product lifecycle management products.
Prior to Oracle, Rick spent 9 years with a large global systems integrator as well as serving as CIO for a Bay Area-based medical device manufacturing company. Rick is a graduate of Stanford University with a BA in Economics and a MS in Industrial Engineering.

Andy Binsley

In his role, Andy leads a team of professionals who are responsible for defining product strategy and direction for Manufacturing and Asset Maintenance products. The Strategy team works closely with customers, partners, and industry analysts to evaluate trends and establish priorities for product development.
Andy holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles and a MBA from the College of William and Mary. He has held executive positions at Anheuser-Busch, Inc.: TSW, Inc.; American Software. Andy has 30 years of experience helping companies with strategies for managing, maintaining, and operating assets effectively.

Vikash Goyal

Vikash Goyal heads the product strategy function of Oracle’s Value Chain Planning and Value Chain Collaboration applications. Like many of you, Vikash is a passionate supply chain professional. He has a global work experience of over 22 years and holds two masters degrees from Indian Institute of Technology and Stanford University.

Derek Gittoes

Derek Gittoes is vice president, supply chain management product strategy and leads the team responsible for Oracle’s portfolio of cloud products for logistics and order management. Mr. Gittoes is responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy and product road map for Oracle’s solutions in transportation management, inventory & warehouse management, global trade management, and order management.
Mr. Gittoes has over 20 years of experience in the supply chain software industry spanning product engineering, product management, implementation services, and marketing. Prior to joining Oracle in 2003, Mr. Gittoes was vice president of product solutions at G-Log, where he was responsible for product marketing. Mr. Gittoes was also a founder and managing director of Transport Dynamics, a company that specialized in the development of optimization software for transportation companies.
Mr. Gittoes holds an MS in engineering from Princeton University, and a BS in industrial engineering from the University of Manitoba.

Dominic Regan

Dominic Regan is Senior Director EMEA for Oracle’s Logistics solutions, which together encompass transportation, warehousing and global trade applications. In this role Dominic works directly with Product Development and Strategy, as well as with customers and prospects who want to know about both the current capabilities and the strategic direction of the products. Dominic has been involved with supply chain software for over 30 years, primarily in the warehousing and transportation sectors, across a variety of industries including automotive, retail, consumer goods and defence.

Eric Van Den Born

With over 15 years experience in supply chain, Eric has consulted for a number of Fortune 500 companies and worked at various software companies. His focus has been in transportation and logistics having worked at G-LOG, then as a solution specialist with Oracle and Business Development Director for Flo. His expertise ranges from generic stock control, in and outbound logistics into warehousing, demand planning and flow of goods through manufacturing processes as well as all the logistics involving transportation. Eric holds a degree in software engineering and an MBA in the management of technology.

Ulf Köster

Ulf Köster, Solution Director for Product Innovation, Development and Commercialization Solutions, Oracle EMEA.
Ulf Köster is the Solution Director for Product Innovation, Development and Commercialization Solutions, Oracle EMEA. He is responsible for the co-ordination of all product development, application sales and business development activities for Oracle’s Product Value Chain solutions across the EMEA region.
Ulf started working for Oracle in the Solution Consulting area in 1998. Since then, he has worked with many clients from manufacturing, process and services industries to build, shape and position the appropriate solution, from Oracle Applications through Oracle Middleware, Database, and Cloud. He has delivered millions of dollars of business improvement to clients.

Sachin Patel

Sachin Patel is a product domain expert in the design and development of Product Lifecycle Management and Product Information/Master Data Management Solutions. Over the last ten years his focus has included product management, product strategy, customer engagement,field and sales support as well a design and go to market of Oracle’s Product Hub solution. His most recent focus has been driving product strategy and go to market for Oracle next generation Cloud Product Hub and Product Development solutions. His prior role including product management responsibility for Oracle’s ERP Item Master, Bills of Material and Engineering products as well as driving the initial development of Oracle’s Product Lifecycle Management offering. He has represented Oracle as a keynote speaker at various analyst and field marketing events as well as conducted training events helping both sales and partners gain knowledge in this domain. Additionally He holds an Oracle Patent for the Dynamic creation of Product Structures.
Mr Patel has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from University of Southern California with a special focus on CAD/CAM and Manufacturing Applications.

Alison Schofield

Alison Schofield is a director of supply chain management product strategy within the team responsible for Oracle’s portfolio of order to cash cloud products. Alison is responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, business requirements and product roadmap for Oracle’s order management cloud solutions.
Alison has over 20 years of experience in product design, development and implementation of software solutions across Supply Chain Management, Master Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Price Management, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Solution Architecture. Alison holds an engineering degree from the University of London.

Mark Hyde

Mark Hyde is a business consultant with Oracle, in the Product Value Chain team. He advises clients on transforming fragmented product development processes into information driven product value chains, with full visibility into product information, real-time social collaboration and cross functional enablement across the supply chain.  The journey to profitable innovation has its rewards in customer satisfaction, increased market share, and ultimately, sustainable growth.  The vehicle is delivering successful, profitable products to the market on time. Graduating in Chemical Engineering, with a background in industry, Mark has spent 16 years within the Oracle community, with a Supply Chain focus.

Alex Van Der Velde

Alex van der Velde is a Principal Sales Consultant with Oracle in the Product Value Chain team. He advises clients on transforming fragmented innovation and product development processes into information driven product value chains, with full visibility into product information, real-time social collaboration and cross functional enablement across the supply chain. The journey to profitable innovation has its rewards in customer satisfaction, increased market share, and ultimately, sustainable growth.  The vehicle is delivering successful, profitable products to the market on time.  With more than 25 year of experience in process industries. Alex has spent the last 18 years within the Oracle community, with a Supply Chain focus.

Elaine Wan

Elaine Wan is a product strategist currently working on the product development and go-to-market activities for the Oracle Manufacturing Cloud application.  Elaine has helped to build many innovative solutions over 18 years in the manufacturing and quality management domains and received a U.S. patent for co-developing a stability studies (shelf life) management solution for process manufacturers.  She holds BS and MS degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from University of California at Berkeley and Boston University, respectively.

Arup Chatterjee

Mr. Chatterjee is an Executive Vice President, International Consulting & Sales at Inspirage. Inspirage is a leading Global Consulting Organization that is engaged in delivering high quality supply chain transformation solutions across various industries and platforms such as On premise solutions and Cloud. Mr. Chatterjee has more than 18+ years of experience in providing leadership across variety of roles such as Business Process Review, Architecting IT Roadmaps, Solutions Consulting, Product Design and Development. Prior to joining Inspirage, Mr. Chatterjee was Director with Oracle Value Chain Planning development team leading a Global PMO Organization, During his tenure of 11 years with Oracle, Mr. Chatterjee focused on improving the effective business use of Supply Chain Management, Optimization and ERP Systems Implementations across a broad spectrum of Distribution, Manufacturing, Process and High Technology industries. Mr. Chatterjee is recognized within the Oracle professional community for his depth of product
knowledge and ability to successfully deploy leading business practices. Mr. Chatterjee has been also working very closely with Oracle Cloud solutions over last few years and has been leading the effort for Inspirage around cloud adoption by aligning with customers and partnering with them closely to evolve their on premise and Cloud Strategy’s and making them help decisions for future transformations & Investments.

Rebecca Galambos

Digital Transformation Director with strength in setting up, delivering and improving change programmes with a lean team structure and using simple processes. 20 years experience in payments, retail, insurance, telecomm and charity sector change.  Previously held senior management roles in payments, product and marketing management. Recently delivered a Digital Transformation Programme for The Prince’s Trust including a new website, new reporting system and an integrated CRM system. Rebecca has also recently delivered a number of post merger integrations, as well as, an operational and digital review of the leading online retailer in India. Rebecca supports leadership in driving change and delivering strategy

Sushant Sawant

Sushant Sawant is Global Practice Leader for Supply Chain and Logistics Practice with KPIT. Sushant is responsible for go-to-market strategy, global practice enablement, talent development, implementation methodology and strategy for supply chain and logistics offerings. Sushant’s background includes 22+ years of diverse experience in Consulting, Product Development and Information Technology in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing and Distribution Industry. He is a frequent speaker on supply chain topics and brings in thought leadership and practical experience in transforming Supply Chains.
Prior to KPIT, Sushant has held various leadership positions in the industry, namely, Practice Director with Inspirage LLC; Manufacturing and Supply Chain IT Leader with General Electric; Principal Engineer, Manufacturing Applications (Configure To Order) Product Development with Oracle Corporation.
Sushant holds an MS Degree in Software Engineering from Depaul University, Chicago and a BS Degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai, India.

Isha Kashiva

Isha Kashiva is a Lead Functional Consultant at KPIT with more than 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management across Transportation, Logistics, Multi Modal Transportation and Material Management. She possesses strong knowledge of Supply Chain & Enterprise Applications such as OTM, Oracle EBS R12, SAP R/3(MM) & SAP BUSINESS ONE.
Being a part of OTM team at KPIT, Isha has worked in different projects involving integration of OTM with applications including EBS, INTTRA, KEWILL and CASS PORT.

Deepak Gupta is Manager and Chief Architect, Oracle MDM Practice at KPIT. With more than 12 years of dedicated experience in implementing Oracle MDM Solutions across various industries, Deepak brings in-depth expertise in Oracle PLM, PIM (Retail, Telco, Wholesale Distribution and Life Sciences) and Enterprise Data Quality.
